Terms & Conditions – Professional & Vendor Listing
1. About this service
Design Template Hub lists professionals and vendors so customers can find and contact them. We are only a directory. We are not part of any deal or work between you and a customer.
2. Registration fee
- You pay a one-time registration fee to create your listing.
- The fee is not refundable, except when payment was taken twice by mistake or your account was not created.
- The fee does not guarantee a fixed number of leads, projects, or business conversions, as these depend on actual market demand and client requirements.
3. Your account
- Use a real name, phone number and email.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything done from your account.
- One account per person or business.
- This account is separate from any shop account on our website.
4. ID verification
- Your profile goes live only after we verify your ID.
- We can reject an ID that is unclear, fake or does not match your details.
5. Your profile content
- All details, photos and portfolio work you add must be true and your own.
- Do not upload anything false, copied, offensive or illegal.
- We can edit, hide or remove any content that breaks these rules.
6. Reviews
- Customers can leave reviews on your profile.
- You can reply politely. Fake reviews or abusive replies are not allowed.
7. Work with customers
- Price, quality, payment and delivery are agreed between you and the customer.
- We are not responsible for any dispute, loss or damage between you and a customer.
8. Your data
- Your phone, email and profile details are shown publicly so customers can contact you.
- We do not sell your personal data. Your ID document is used only for verification.
9. Suspension or removal
We can suspend or remove your listing, without refund, if you break these terms, misuse the website or receive serious complaints.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. If you keep using your listing, you accept the updated terms.
